We Do Not Accept Returns
Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. Once an order is placed, it is sent to production, where it is uniquely crafted based on your specific details, such as engraving, colors, and design. This ensures that every piece of jewelry you receive is brand new and made exclusively for you.
Our Quality Guarantee
We are committed to ensuring every product meets our high standards. If there is an error on our part, we will take full responsibility and correct the issue at no extra cost to you.
You are eligible for a free replacement if the product you receive has any of the following issues:
- The wrong product color
- A scratch or defect on the product
- Incorrect engraving or names that do not match your order details
- Any other discrepancy that is a result of an error in our production process
If you receive a product with one of these issues, please contact our support team at hello@printmylove.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we will work to get a corrected replacement shipped to you as soon as possible.
What We Can’t Cover
We are unable to offer a free replacement or refund for issues that are not our responsibility. This includes but is not limited to:
- Customer errors: If you or your customer provided incorrect information, such as a misspelled name for engraving, the wrong product details, or an incorrect shipping address.
- Customer dissatisfaction: We cannot provide a replacement or refund if you simply change your mind or do not like the product.
- Shipping carrier issues: We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
